Fire Girl WIP still

This is just a frame that I liked out of the shot that I am working on in an earlier post.

While I was on the subject of skull test subjects . . .

This is the test skull used to render in Krakatoa. A lot of fun can be had with this.

"HotHead" A little testing fumefx and thinking particles

This was a test subject for fumefx and thinking particles. The way I figured it since I modeled a skeleton I can use parts of it for testing instead of a torus or sphere. Just a little thing I do to keep me from getting bored when running tests. I find it helps and I tend to find better results.

Devilish1

This is a modified WIP model of a 1958 Chevy Impala. It was created in Maya and rendered in Mental Ray. This particular Model, I am reworking to use with 3d max and Vray. I am still adding some more details to it as well and updating its resolution.

Razor Kiss

This is one of the many paintings that I have made. Since most work is never really finished, just abandoned . . . well, I think you get the point. I used a scanned rough sketch and digitally painted the rest in painter and used photoshop to edit the finished painting a bit. I find that by using digital tools instead of analog ones, (My background was mainly using analog tools and methods) that I can get quicker and less costly results. This also allows me to play with ideas and make drastic changes with out risking ruining the original idea. It is also note worthy to add that using digital methods allows for making mistakes, which I find one of the most effective and neglected learning tools available.
